My name is Betty Graebe and I have sugar diabetes, obesity and
high blood pressure. I am on a blood pressure medicine, and
Metformin (glucophage generic). I am taking Salcia oblong with
meals, one in the morning and one in the evening.
My blood sugar has dropped from 270 to 223 in one week.I notice
something else, I seem to have more energy, is this
normal? I'm grateful of course.
I have begun walking in the park even further. I used to walk
only 1 mile, now I am up to 2.5 miles but my arthritis hurts in
my joints at times, especially if it is going to rain and I have
a broken left leg who leaves my ankle pretty painful when
walking.
Please advise me. My daughter Kelli McAllister has also just
